XSEA 02

Client: École Polytechnique Paris - IFKER fund

Location: Palaiseau, France

Jean le Lay and Karen Cook played a key role in guiding students in designing the floating demonstrator for the XSea02 project, located on the École Polytechnique campus in France. The project focuses on extracting CO2 from seawater to produce synthetic fuels. Supported by the Ifker Climate Fund, the solar-powered demonstrator, is installed on the campus pond. This innovative platform aims to advance clean energy research and promote sustainability.
